Subtraction as a strategy. I've always made choices in life based on what I do not want to do. That way everything else is headed in the right direction. And you don't need an exact answer, just move forward.

And, yea, famliar with Marie's book, as well as folks that it's had a positive impact on.
I tend to take a little different angle, as I'm skeptical of the 'positivity' approach, but also appreciate it works for some. Often say, "hey, if it works for you, then lean on it." :)
